Noise in front end

[Stinky]

I have a noise that appears durring medium breaking only.Not preesent durring light breaking and dissapears under heavy breaking.I have taken the breaks apart numerous times and have found nothing.It is like a metal grinding\clunking sound.Had a mechanic tear apart the suspension and pull out the cv joint as well too.He heard the sound when he drove it,but found nothing.has any one else had something like this?
