Interior Switch

Post by Morgana »

Im real new to this site, and pretty new to MX-3s, but Ive had quite a few fun cars in the past.
My big question is, I love the look of the '94 dash, but I have a '93, I want to know if I can take out the dash in my '93 and replace it with the '94???
Im planning on doing a lot of mods to this car, and so far that is the only one Ive never seen done before.
Any thoughts would be great here!! Thanks!
~Morgana :D

you could do it but i think that it would invovle replacing everything......the only think that you would be able to keep would be the guages......also u would have to find a center console.......and you would have to fabricate ducts for your heat/ac
jason

Hey,
Just found this a bit amusing as I prefer the 92-93 to my 96 interior bigtime!! Especially the older seats!
Tawheed

Wow really? I love the seats in my '93 GS SE, but the dash is what I like in the '94, I just like the newer look it has. Hey, I'll switch ya!!
J/K
Im sure the '96s are pretty nice, Ive always had larger cars, and when I went to this LITTLE car it really threw me a shocker, but Im getting use to it now and Im really starting to like the little bugger.
:D
