i have a 94 mx-3 E-Spec with a V6 and i want to put a turbo on it. where can i get one?

You can buy a turbo almost anywhere.

Making fit the MX-3, however, will require lots of custom work. Right now, no one makes a turbo kit for the MX-3 v6.

Yup. Plus there is pretty much no aftermarktet support for the MX3s with the stock engines (GS or RS).
However, there are engines you can put on your MX3 that do have aftermarket support. Most common one has to be the 2.5L KL-ZE engne. Some people even put Ford Probe engines in their MX3s.
