I made up a web page showing how to install the 2nd coolant sensor when doing a ZE swap. There are some mpics I didn't get which would have made things clearer but it's better than nothing. If this could be somehow converted and placed into the FAQ section that would be great.

In between drilling the neck, and putting the tap in, the pic shows the neck acquired a lovely shiny flat face. What did you use to do that?
Re-shaped and re-sized gearshift lever. Best driveability mod you can do!

Re: 2nd coolant sensor install how to
The way the sensor seals from the factory is with a spot face. I spot faced the waterneck but didnt do a good enough job and it leaked. I found sealing it with the o-ring was the most idiot proof method.
