Compression
Check this out. My check engine light has been on for the last 10000 and i replaced a couple of things (o2, cap& rotor, etc). That didn't fix the problem. My buddy and I did a compression test last weekend and I am pretty sure that is the problem. My shop manual says that the compression for the 1.8 V6 should be 193 psi stock (9.2 to 1 compression). Turns out 5 of my cylinders were in the 140s and one of them was 113. Time for a KLZE
