I got a UK spec 94 V6 SE...
I've been looking at the reverse glow gauges that are being sold on ebay at the moment and I was wondering if they will fit my car?
Has anyone ever bought these or similar?
Are they hard to install? do I need to remove the needles?

Yes.
Yes, but not me.
No and no. The new gauges slip right over the needles and you wire them up to your dash lights. I guess wiring them could be the most difficult part if you're not very good with electrical systems.
