The curvey dash was introduced in the 94-up mx's, They came with and without airbags.
Yes it will fit in the 93 and down models but its alot of money and work. You would need to buy the new dash, the a'c ducts, the intrusion beam for the dash, the glove box, and the center dash assembly holding the ac controls and the radio., you will need all the way down to the part that goes around the e-brake, also where the lower part of the Steering column is different. the shaft that the steering wheel is mounted to is two pieces, You will need the upper half of the shaft for the steering column to bolt up to the new dash intrusion beam, and the Combination swith with the turn and wipers will not fit the 93's model and the 93's will not fit the 94's style steering column, also the horn setup is differnt for the old interior and the new interior,
To put it simply, Id find a newer mazda you like and buy it or stick with what ya have,
Hope this helps ya, Chirs
Have fun either way you like, Chris
