Anyone interested in doing an Auto to 5 speed swap?

I have every part that would be needed for the swap but I got a bad ticket recently and I need $$ for a lawyer and fines. Everything looks to be in good condition. I have:<P>Tranny<BR>Clutch<BR>Flywheel<BR>Clutch pedal assembly <BR>Brake pedal assembly <BR>Shifter Linkage and rod <BR>Master Cylinder<BR>Brake Fluid Resivoir<BR>All mounts<BR>All tubes and bolts are in baggies labelled<BR>Both CV joints<BR>5 speed ECU<P><BR>The only thing that might need to be replaced is the axle seal.
