The setups on his web site look good, sure the weld beed is huge, but with that kind of HP I want it strong not perdy. anyhow I'm still on my search, but ATM I think I'm gonna bring in a J-SPEC 2.5 with 5speed manual transmission. Then work on the turbo next.<BR>

[img]shrug.gif"%20border="0[/img] What I wanted to add, is that if you are planning on high HP figures, and are going to use the KLZE engine, you are going to want to build it up. The KLZE will only hold about 8 psi on the stock internals. I've heard the 2jzgte pistons will fit the 2.5L engine, and I also heard that there are ford rods that will also work. That should lower compression a little, and make it suitable for 20+ PSI. I'm not positive on this so I am going to get custom rods and pistons. Just thought I would let you know.

Just thought I would let you know.</STRONG><HR></BLOCKQUOTE><P><BR>Yeah, you can use 2JZ pistons and Ford SVO rods, but it requires alot of machining work to resize the rods, etc. Do it right the first time: custom pistons [arias, eagle, endyn, ross, etc] and custom rods [carillo, eagle, crower, cunningham, etc] for your application instead of just hamfisting a motor together with junkyard parts. That is, unless you want your car to make junkyard power...

If i'm gonna change all this stuff is the 2.5L KLZE even a good starting point? [img]shrug.gif"%20border="0[/img]
