eunos intake manifold
I have a 1992 Mx-3 kl-ze I had the intake cut and welded because it was a mx-6 kl-ze
but I recently got a Eunos 800 manifold I installed it a have a bit more power i just have a problem
there are 3 nipples like the brake booster nipple on the manifold I used the one closest to the throttle body for the pcv and the closest one to the passenger side for the brake booster and I plugged the on the back
my problem is that there is too much vacuum pressure there is a whistle noise at idle
I know it is vacuum because when I unscrew the oil cap at idle Ican feel the pressure and the noise goes away
any ideas what could be making this happen

Re: eunos intake manifold
Vacuum is the opposite of pressure.
The whistle you're hearing is air entering a vacuum leak. When you open the oil cap the pressure equalizes and your leak goes away. Check all pieces for the PCV system, I think if it was anywhere else then the leak would still be there. That includes the hose from the rear valve cover to the front valve cover and the T-connection to the intake hose in front of the TB.
I used every connection on my swap to the Millenia intake.
