AVgas will slow your car down, guaranteed.

I don't know if I agree about AVGAS slowing your car down.... I've mixed it with normal gas on a few occasions (about 50/50) with a cold air intake and slightly modified exhaust and found it to be quite a bit quicker.... Being a pilot I know about how avgas is made... it's octane is 100/ll or 100/130.... which means you get a minimum 100 octane depending on how rich your mixture is....<P>that being said, feel free to correct me :)

AVGAS would make your car run cleaner and maybe a little faster...but you can blow your exhaust out using it...mufflers and all cuz it gets so hot or at least that is what I heard

AVgas doesn't do s--- in mx-3's....100 octane is way to much for it to burn...the car has to work too hard to make it combust

What is AVgas, is it those octane boost solutions that claim to increase octane levels by eight..etc.??

In my experience working wit automobiles 93 octane is the best to use. If not your fuel filter will not last as long and you will not get your best gas mileage. It also makes SOME vehicles run faster. By the way AVGAS is 100LowLead used in prop airplanes..Jet Fuel is Kerosene...I used to work at an airport.
