Hi, I'll make this short. I unhooked my box and amp to clean my car. When I hooked it back up, the left speaker in the box won't work. I checked all connections, on the box, on the sub, on the amp, the fuses on the amp, even the rca's going to the radio. Is there any other reason that sub wouldn't work? The other (right) one works fine. Would the sub just stop working if it was blown? Thank you in advance.

Here's a pic, so you can see the type of enclosure it is.

Did you cross the wires that you know of?
Did the copper parts of the positive and negative touch each other while they were hooked to the amp (after the subs were out obviously)?
That could screw up your amp a little bit, that's the only input I have to offer.. better than nothing i guess.. Good luck

I'd take that sub out and test it on your home system. If you get any noise, then it's your amp or connection. If you only get distortion or a muffled noise, that sub is blown.
