Boosting Antenna signal?

Is there any easy way to boost the radio antenna signal?<P>I am in the Toronto area and I want to pick up a couple stations in Buffalo a little more clearer.

<A HREF="http://www.canadiantire.ca" TARGET=_blank>www.canadiantire.ca</A> has a device like that too. Under $20 I think.
