I'll have o look for the OEM radio, I'm almost positive I have a spare somewhere. Give me a shout.

I would replace the alt. It can be removed without taking the rad out. There is only one bolt on bottom.

Hold on to a spare switch for yourself too, never know when you're going to need one.

Not a bother at all.

It may be a bit easier to replace the whole door. I simply rplace the drive motor on mine, but it is time consuming and a PITA.

Why won't AMSOIL ship to your Country?

The only thing I can see in changing oil often is the oil starvation once the engine is first started after the oil change. I usually fill the oil filter with 1/2 quart to help the oil flow quicker. I know this procedure made a big difference on my Classic Pontiacs.

Less drag also improves speed.
