what do u mean weld it?

well if a shop doesnt do it I mean I dont have the tools to strip the car down and fix the rust? lol I am thinking about getting the whole car done. Hopefully it will turn out but any more suggestions are greatly appreciated.

the paint job was done before I owned the car, and whoever did it didnt do a very good job, they didnt clean up the rust or anything, or if they did they only did it in some spots.

if you could ask him what my best bet would be, I mean I dont want to dump alot into the car but ask him about the pearl and if it can be matched or whatever. Or if he is good enough at it would he be able to help me do some of the work and ill pay him just I dont want to get raped by the shop for ...
