Re: My Car Horn Doesn't work anymore?
Also I forgot to add that when I try to use the horn it makes a clicking sound that seems to be coming from underneath the steering wheel right above the brake pedal.

where's the fuse? Inside the hood or under the steering wheel? Couldn't find it that's why.

Re: Potential Fix for SOHC Idle problem
Well I tried the filter mod too and cleaned out my throttle and air flow meter and it actually really helped out alot. But the problems still kinda there. It's mostly when my cars on drive and reverse that my car still dies sometimes. My RPM's will be like at 500 or less before sometimes dying. I ...

Re: RPM Crazy II
Yeah that's what I assumed from the start because we replaced the injectors too along with every other thing I mentioned before. It probably is the timing on my car.

Re: RPM Crazy II
Yeah exactly. My car rumbles like hell when the car actually stays on in drive. Like you, I've tried every single thing I can think of. From rebuilding to replacing every big part. I don't know how to fix the problem. Any ideas anyone?

Re: RPM Crazy II
Well I can fix that easily, but the thing is fixing the idle when on drive. I can't figure that out whatsoever.

RPM Crazy II
Hey waz up everyone. I seem to have fixed the idle problem when I have the car on park. It idles fine where its supposed to be around 1000 rpm. The big problem I have though is when I put my car on drive and my idle just drops to 0. Sometimes it will barely stay up at around 100 rpm if I give it ...

Re: RPM Crazy
Yeah it looks like it didn't work as good. The thing is that the idle is really low and that when I seem to use anything eletrical like the windows or CD Player, the RPM's would drop even lower and the whole engine would shake. Actually anything electrical makes the RPM's drop. Any suggestions?

Re: RPM Crazy
How do you set the idle from the diagnostics plug on the firewall? I'm not really familiar with that?

Re: RPM Crazy
No I haven't tried that yet but I'll try it right now. Is there anything else that might fix this idle problem? I heard something about a EGR(or something) Valve might be the problem or having something to do about it? Any ideas?

Re: RPM Crazy
I'm saying that when I start my car it idles at around 1500 rpm then slowly drops to 1000 rpm and sometimes stays there, but when I put my car on drive the rpms just die and drop to 0

1992 MX-3 SOHC : I just recently had my head gaskets rebuilt and my car idles really low now. I've tried everything on it so far. I've tried timing it with the gun and checking if it was getting enough fuel. I think I've spent too much on this car already (rebuilt transmission, new starter, rebuilt ...
