I can't get my car out of first gear. The clutch seems to be disengaging properly, but the shifter will not move. Is my transmission bad?

Hi, just joined the UBB. I'm having a big problem finding ball joints for my 93 MX-3. I've ordered them from several autopart stores and they always send the wrong one. It's to big to fit in the steering nuckle. Does anyone know where I can get these in the US, my car was built 1/93(4cycl.). Will ...
