Well I might have some semi good news. A friend has a focus she might sell to me for $600 if the other person that's already interested doesn't take it. Meaning, i may be able to keep the mx3 and restore over some time

That's just one spot. I would have to literally disassemble the entire car down to the shell and patch every square inch almost sadly :( And even if i did all that, i would need new brake/fuel lines, gas tank supports, trailing arms, calipers, exhaust, pretty much everything rotted out because the ...

To get an idea, here's the right rocker panel. (only pic i got) Was to pissed to worry about pics at the time.

That was all peeled off by hand, i could rip about another 2 inches off if i tried, i can also touch the carpet.

Yeah I had so many plans for it too

But I know a guy selling a 93, i think he wants $4k for it, and from what i heard, he has a ze in it already so I'm going to get a hold of him hopefully.

Car is pretty much rotted out, rocker panels, frame rails, trailing arms, fuel/brake lines, exhaust, pretty much the whole body has rust on it. Crazy how much more you can see with a car over your head.
