Re: Car dies while taking corners
On my way home tonight I got fuel and on my 12 mile drive home didn't have any problems. I tried taking the sharp corners fast and no issues.
However one odd thing happened at the pump. I had to squeeze the gas filler trigger about a dozen times before I filled up the tank. The gas would fill up ...

Car dies while taking corners
I recently had some issues with my '93 V6 MX-3 where it would stall/hesitate and die on me and the car was undriveable. We've found that the fuel tank was extremely rusty and the fuel pump wasn't working very well anymore.

Re: K8 Hesitation/Stalling Issue
We finally figured out the problem, and it was fairly simple!
The gas tank is full of rust - I mean BAD! The previous owner let the car sit outside for 2 years without a gas cap, so the inside of the tank is all sludged up and it ruined the pump and clogged the filter. We drained the tank and dug ...

Re: K8 Hesitation/Stalling Issue
Compression numbers.

What should the K8 compression numbers be?
Will the J-spec engine have the same as US-Spec?

Difference between K8 and Stock Engines?
Hi guys, before I go any further trying to figure out why my freshly engine-swapped car won't run properly maybe you can shed some light on something for me.
I bought the car with a blown motor, at the time it looked like this:

Re: K8 Hesitation/Stalling Issue
I'm going to do a compression test on it today then start unhooking sensors.
