Re: 4WD box change for a FWD
I can only find 1 tiny problem with that i'm no where near north America i'm an ocean away I'm in England. It was just an idea putting the bigger engine in as the 1600 hasn't the displacement needed I'm sure it will be just fine but I want a bigger engine nontheless.

Re: 4WD box change for a FWD
No no you miss understand I want to turn my mx3 into a turbo FWD but as they say theres no replacement for displacement. I've got a 1.6 and the GTX/GTR uses the bigger 1.8 turbo which is what i'm after otherwise I will have to bore the engine and then add the turbo which is more work then I think ...

Re: Is 104bhp good?
What i'm trying to say is before I got my old mans car off him for over a year I had only driven buses and so I must have gotten into the practice of being of being slow and clearful. So I went out yesterday on a road I know is always empty on christmas, with the sole intention of breaking the habit ...

Re: Is 104bhp good?
:crying: This was my old mans old car an when he drives it he makes the car perform. I guess I must have clarmed my style of driving as the last time I borrowed my friends GTi I found that it wasn't performing the way I remembered. I was doing thirty 35 miles per hour when before I would have been ...

Re: Is 104bhp good?

It is more happy to tutel down to the corner shop like a Labrador, when what I want is a Pit Bull a nasty agressive but can fool ...

Is 104bhp good?
I took my car to the Dyno road to measure top speed and max bhp before I start messing with it. On the Rolling road it made 104.1 bhp and topped out at 125mph accorrding to the machine.
I'm just woundering if this is good for a standard 1600?

Re: is this an MX-3?
That sounds good 4WD but that converstion is probably out my price range :crying: .
The guy seemed like a rational guy so it probably is  .
However the car looks like someone decided to squeeze at both ends and it's popped up like the Pegot advertisment with the Elephant. That was a good ad ...

Wait it can handle a Tub's in stock form? It is defenatly 1600, well according to the V5(Pink Slip) so all that I need to know is in the FAQ's and work logs.
