Re: MX-3 Baby Seat
Yeah, maybe by then I can afford a used Mazda5... good call... I've been getting lots of "MPV" jokes....
But I got a couple of years to enjoy my MX-3 anyways....

Re: MX-3 Baby Seat
Yeah, I actually just got one of those "H" shaped clips, that hold the seat belt to one length. (ask at your prenatal class. They'll show you). Anyway, it's pretty easy, put that clip in, and attach your car seat base, and Bob's your uncle. even with the contoured seat it's fine. I put mine behind ...

Maybe it's easier and cheaper to make that one a parts car and get another with a good body? then you can bring another MX-3 into the community....

sunroof may need lubing/cleaning???
Hi,
my sunroof needs help when opening, I have to push on it to get it started, and when closing, it needs a little push at the end on one side to close all the way. Do I need to clean it? with what? or lube it? or replace the motor? I didnt' know exactly what forum to put this question in....

Re: What gender is your MX-3?
I think if you're a guy, your MX-3 should be female, and vice versa... I think your poll should be modified to differentiate between male and female respondents.

Re: mx3 problem! Need Help
could it be a clogged fuel filter? I also like the idea that it could be a vacuum leak, a (NOT LIT!) propane torch moved around the engine compartment with the engine running will cause the engine to rev up when the propane is near a vacuum leak. You can even rev the engine to 3000 with the torch ...

[wtb] stock coil over springs
I'm looking for stock springs from a GS in good shape that someone who is lowering wants to get rid of. It's too snowy where I live for a lowered car

Installing a new clutch kit
How hard is it to renew the clutch in a GS? It looks pretty cramped in there. Any manual in particular that anyone would recommend for this operation?

no electricals in the rear hatch work :(
Hi,
in my '94 GS, neither the rear wiper nor the rear defog work. Is there a special fuse or connection somwhere that I might be missing. Or a ground or something? Has anyone ever had this before?

wheels from other cars... compatible?
Does anybody know if any other stock wheels from any other 4X100 cars fit a GS? I know they need a 70mm offset....

Adjusting valve clearance
How hard is it to adjust the valve clearance on a stock V6 '92 or '94 GS? It looks to me like you have to take off all of the intake manifold and everything. Is this the case?

engine idle goes down in neutral
Hi,
on my '92 GS, when you put the car into neutral, the idle goes down about 100 RPM, and back up when you put it in gear (with the clutch still in) It doesn't do this on my '94 GS. Anybody happen to know why?
