could anyone provide a picture of where exactly to find the main engine relay? So, for those of you that have a Crank but not start, no fuel no spark issue...check the relay mounted on the passenger side of the ECU, it just might be the problem.

Re: Another "HELP ME" Thread

1) Check the main relay
2) The car has a passive immobilizer on it. is it possible it could be malfunctioning or anything of that sort?
3) I'm not exactly 100% but the car ...

Re: Another "HELP ME" Thread
Thanks for the response guys, seems like its getting alittle more into the electrical and away from mechanical.
If anyone else has anything they could suggest that i check, it would be great.
I am almost at the point where I think I may just take it into a mechanic and get them to deal with it ...

Re: Another "HELP ME" Thread

The chilton book I purchased has been almost no help on helping me identify parts of the engine (like I stated above I am not much of a mechanic, but I am learning.) ECU I will ...

Another "HELP ME" Thread
Hey all,
First off I should let you know that I know almost zero about mechanics but am eager to learn.
I purchased a 96' Mazda Mx-3gs V6 5spd (204 XXX kms) about 2 weeks ago. Everything looks minus the fact that the muffler is now hanging on by a thread.
It ran perfect for about a week, I went to ...
