Re: [WTB] BP Head

Probably not the case, since it's a (fun) daily driver and has been driven regularly for a while now. It's actually kinda sad, this problem used to happen just once every so often, but then one time it stuck. The engine noise was getting worse and worse, and eventually I felt a tremendous loss in ...

Re: [WTB] BP Head

Thanks, I'll look into it further. My friend told me it could be a few things, all of which would be guaranteed fixed by replacing the head.

[WTB] Driver's side seat tilt cover.

It's the little plastic box that sorta just slides onto the metal lever. Just need the plastic part. Mine continually falls off and supports no pressure from my hand at all, I just set it on to make it look okay.

Re: [WTB] BP Head

Haven't done one yet. It's making a lot of engine noise, and a compression test showed good readings for all cylinders but #2. So, following a friend's advice, I'm looking for a head that I can just swap out.

[WTB] BP Head

Hey guys, I've got some bad compression in my #2 cylinder and was wondering (maybe in futility) if there's anyone out there that's got a spare head to a BP? Seems like a pretty ridiculous request, I know, but... Might as well see what's out there, y'know?

I had a very similar problem, it sounds exactly like what you're talking about... It was making a sort of grinding noise that was rotational with the wheel. Whenever I disassembled the wheel to take a look at it, try fiddling with something (very professional, I know) and put it back on, the noise ...

If someone on this board were to sell them to me cheap, and preferrably locally, I would start my new LED project.

I've got a set of Altezzas with a little bit of damage that I'm willing to sell really cheap. The problem is the driver's side brake lens (solid red, innermost circle) is a bit ...

Mine's not stock either; it's a short throw, but it's not adjusted too far off from stock :P

And yeah, I'll post whatever I end up doing, but it might be a little bit... A little preoccupied with other things at the moment!

It would probably just keep the curve of the black plastic, and be secured in place in a similar way to how the boot currently is secured. My guess is that two layers of plastic pinch the boot in place on the edges, with a few screws here and there. I'd probably have to cut the lower jaw of the ...

How do you pop the hatchback now? Is it a remote system? My car doesn't have a switch, I have to go to the back and use the key to get in it (unless the button is hidden really really well and I just haven't found it yet). Did your car come stock with an electric hatch release, or did you have to ...

There's no groove or anything at the bottom of the shifter knob. I've got the leather boot, if that makes a difference. The stock shifter actually had a groove at the base of it which kept the boot securely in place, but this new shifter is too narrow; the boot's opening is too wide to be secure ...

The ramifications of an aftermarket shifter knob...

Hey guys. I've got some metal/CF knob that I put on, it's not really important, but I was wondering what you guys do with the leather boot once it has nothing to attach to. Right now it sorta just stays up by itself, and loosely "attaches" to the knob, but it's sorta floppy and just falls down a ...

Saw an MX-3 for sale in the Southwest Michigan area

http://grandrapids.craigslist.org/car/407704724.html

For those who don't want to be bothered clicking through, it's a '94 MX-3. No word on if it's an I4 or V6, but it's got probably no modifications done to it (was his winter car), and doesn't run, but is only $400. Would probably make a pretty ...
