Thanks for the info. After some additional measuring, cutting and fitting I ended up with the cover for my son's car. Total cost for some fabric, cord and salvage plywood was about $6.00. See the links below for some assembly pictures.

Hatch (cargo) cover help
I am going to fabricate a cargo cover but need some help with the dimensions. What is the overall length at each of these dimension points, at the edge, at the angle and at the center indentation? How far from the edge is each dimension change? See my crude sketch. What is the pivot pin diameter ...

Aftermarket muffler
My son wants to add a "hot" muffler. Does anyone have any experience adding just a (Ebay?) muffler for looks and sound? The car is a 1994 1.6.
The standard setup looks the final piece is a flanged exhaust pipe and muffler in one assembly. Do I cutoff the old muffler and add a 2 1/4" inlet ...

Well, we ended up replacing just the two lower motor mounts. The passenger side upper looked good. The "extra" one along with the two used ones are available if you need one. The lower rear mount was gone but I still have a rough idle in drive. I did find one cracked vacuum line and replaced that ...

motor mount/ rotor question
My brother-in-law has been doing some work on the car., 94 1.6L auto. He says the donut hole on the motor mount I bought is off 1/2". The old one is in good shape. Could the original have "sagged" that much or is it the wrong one? The other two mounts have been replaced, the rear one was broken. Do ...

Any nice 15" wheels
The car we bought came with the optional alloy 14" wheels and four mismatched tires, but all the same size.
I want to upgrade to just 15" wheels and new all season tires. Being able to carry a spare tire that works is keeping me at 15" as well.
Any suggestions for nice looking wheels at a reasonable ...
