The MX-6 has another gearbox, thatswhy it has antoher quantity of emissions than the klde would have with the MX-3 gearbox, but i cannot use the g. of the MX-6 because then i would have to change the brakes (higher vmax). And this isn´t possible because in germany there are no sport brakes for the ...

I don't understand, what 2.5L engines did you get in germany then? Aren't engine upgrades in general illegal in germany?
