The new toy! Yea I know it's not a car!

Post by colinsmx3 »

So The g/f (Ashley) and I got our house!
$246,500
-1 yr old (just got the grass laid)
-everything included (stainless appliances washer and dryer)
-The exact area we wanted (even the street we wanted)
-Access to garage from inside (that was a must)
-3 bdrm
-2 bath
-untouched basement
-gas fireplace for sexual adventures....
-1 min walk from Home depot and Canadian tire
-30 sec from big Sk8park!

So for the Ontario ppl, the Aug meet will be here in my backyard around a BBQ!

Congrats on the house. Is that price in CAN dollars? That's pretty expensive, I guess houses in your area must be really expensive. Why are neighbors so close, I couldn't live so close to neighbors.

You skate? Nice one, show pics of the park! By skate I mean skateboard of course, none of that fruitbooting crap. Sweet house dude, that house over here would cost that in pounds... complete bargain from these eyes.

It's all location. My fraternity has a small 4 bedroom house (100 years old) and we bought it for $42,000 7 years ago LOL, but this is the middle of nowhere so that makes sense.

For a brand new house in the location he's in, it seems reasonable!

You mean the thick enamel paint that's chemical resistant and makes cleaning stuff off it easy? If I'm thinking of the same stuff it makes porous concrete = not porous which is much better for a shop environment.

In other words, you're pratically married...

Also, someone must be done about that front door...
