Anyone know what torque for the #3 Engine Mount Bracket

I am having the hardest time finding what to torque the #3 Engine Mount bracket (the one with 1 bolt holding the water pump)

I search in the timing belt / engine installation / water pump section of the online shop manual, but i am having no luck. Anyone that swap out the water pump remember what it is?

The torque on all three bolts is the same. The torque on the water pump bolts is 14 - 18lb-ft.
