Sidelights just won't work.

Post by Zartori »

Hi
I've been reading the forum looking for a silmilar problem to mine, but I don't think I've found the answers I've been looking for.

The problem is I have no sidelights on one click, on 2 clicks I get all lights on (heads, sides, tail, plate) an interesting thing is my dashlights are quite dim, if I switch on the fogs the dash lights go completley out. Also all fuses are fine.

So could it be an earthing problem? relay problem?

Thanks in advance...

Oh and it's a U.K MX-3

Hi there and welcome!
For the dash lights I'd try bridging out the dimmer temporarily and see if that works. Have a look here:

Or it could very well be grounding, but try the above first.

As far as the side lights, it could just be the switch..
