Green GS Mx-3 in movie?

Has anyone seen the movie someone like you. I was just watching the part where ashley judd is doing a chearleader thing and then it goes to the next scene out side the next morning and there is a green gs mx-3 if anyone ever noticed.

One of the main characters in the end of a movie called "Session 9" flys into a parking lot in a black MX3. I recommend the movie too, really freaky.
