tweeters?

Post by Ryencool »

My bro has a new 02 civic, and when I cover up the tweeters it sounds like my stereo but much clearer when I dont cover them. So I want to gput some in my car. Only question is where should I get em? seen em on ebay for 25$ for a pair, will these be alright? I dont want competition, jsut better sound, thanks<P>Ryan

I would just go to Hi Fi Buys and get some cheap ones there, they'll also put them in for you where ever you want.

you get what you pay for, and the only way to really find good tweeters is go to a shop and listen to them. Everyone likes differentthings. Even if you don't buy them from the shop, find out what brand/model you like.

Rockford makes a pair of 6 1/2's that have external tweeters.. They only need a spall hole in order to mount them, and they have a very clear sound.. Cost about 100 - 120 USD
