ill only be boosting 15 psi so i dont want to waste it

Well water is better but I would say stick with the basics. Water is more for if you want to push major drag racing power. With water intercoolers they try to chill the water with ice in the reservoir. Obviously its good for a run lol. But yeah stick with the basics.
