Here's the scoop. i was driving to work on friday, took a right hand turn kinda fast and heard a clunking sound (kinda like something was rolling around) from the front left suspension area. i didn't think much of it, figured something was on the road or something. it has happened a couple other times since then, only during right turns at decent speeds, making the turn at low speed doesn't make any noise. Anyway i pulled off the wheel and everything in the suspension seemed to be really solid. i grabbed the axle and pulled on it a bit and noticed that the stub that goes into the tranny kinda pivots around a little. that's the only thing that caught my eye. the car seems to drive normally though. i'm guessing the differential took a dump. what do you guys think?
P.S. i have a BPT running the G-series tranny.
Did my differential just crap out on me?

I hope for a wearing CV joint, but without seeing it or hearing it I could not say for sure.

Yea my axle has 8,000 miles on it. it's the shaft that slides into the tranny (the part with the splines) that moves around a bit though so i don't think it could be CV wear. it is a reman axle though.
the noise isn't really a popping sound like when you have a worn CV joint either.
