Hi i currently have a mx3 Equipe v6 with a K8ZE and i have aquired for free a KLZE straight neck intake manifold for free my question is will this bold straight on to my K8ZE motor and also would this give me any benefits on the K8 motor?? or should i not bother and sell it for other parts which would benefit me more

it will bolt straight up, but I do not think you will see any benefit. The intake runners on the manifold will be the wrong shape and a bit larger than your cylinder head ports. You would need to port match the cylinder heads.
Then you're going to run into fitment issues.
