1st Gen Interior Swap into 1996 MX3?

I tried searching... came up empty.

So, how hard is it to swap over the interiors from the first gen MX3 to the second gen MX3?

I really like the smooth look of the first gen, clean, nice... the second gen isn't bad, just different.
