MrMazda92 had a post in the FS section on here. I contacted him about a license plate cover i paid him Jan 29th, 2013
He asked me to send him a reminder on that following thursday so he can send it out so i did, sent him a message on Feb 8th asking if he sent it out yet he had an excuse and said he was waiting for someone else to pay him so he didnt have to make 2 trips to the post office, so i said okay.
messaged him about 4 days after asking if he shipped it out, said the guy never sent him money yet but he would go to the post office and send it out cause its been long enough waiting now. Messaged him 2 days after he replied with a no i never got to the post office yet but i will send you a full refund if i dont make it to the post office that day. Messaged him back about a week later. said he never got to the post office, asked if he could have it shipped out by the 19th of Feb. he said yes he now needs to a box or something to send it out.. waited for about another week messaged him again said he never sent it out, but he found a business envelope that he was sending it out the next day. i waited and waited, finally messaged him again asking if there was a tracking # he said he doesnt get one for anything under $50.00 that was on the 29th of FEB. I messaged him just over a week ago now, told him i havent gotten anything in the mail, he said he knew this would happen that he would send me a full refund asked what the price was, told him the price and whatevere paypal takes for their fee. It's 3 days shy of 2 months now, i still have not gotten anything in the mail nor have i gotten my money back, I've sent him numours of messages on here with no luck!! paypal will not allow me to open up a ticket because the money was sent by a E-Check or something! If anyone has any doubt on this, i will provide every email MrMazda92 and myself has exchanged along with a screenshot of my paypal showing that he was paid on Jan 29th!

well i wanted to buy his good set of MX-3 car mats and he won't let me pay cuz of this reason....

it seems like blake is a good guy, just is really young and doesn't have everything in order...

if he was a real scamer i think he would have took my money as well, i think he less scammer and more just flakey... no offence blake...

still want my mats, if he didn't live so far away i would just drive and get them...

any way i guess matter of the fact is that this needs to get resloved no matter what, no matter how busy blake is he sold something and now needs to own up to that!

sry bro

Yea exactly. I'm not posting to start anything but I got advice from a member to put this up on here. I did consider it for a while, and I also gave him the benifit of the doubt with being busy and not having a box etc. But with pushing 2 months that's a little much.

He seemed to be a cool guy, but like you said he just needs to man up now and either refund or get my item to me

Might be worth it to post this thread onto the mx-3.com facebook page, seeing as he's still selling stuff on there.

I sent the package out, late as it was, and it never arrived...

That being said, I sent a refund out about 10 minutes ago. I have over 3 years of spotless feedback, aside from this incident... Incoming items have been lost in the mail multiple times, including a box that arrived in 2 pieces, empty.

Usually the buyer/seller meet on common ground, and divide the losses equally... In this case I am more than happy to refund you and accept the loss on shipping/refund costs.

Were the total more than ~$15, I would be seeking restitution from the postal service.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience.

Surgeonaast222,

I spent the last month trying to find a new place to live, ending a hellish winter term at my local college, and preparing for the birth of my son. I was unwilling(and still am) to accept payments for any items because of the difficulty I have finding time to login to the forums, let alone ship parts out.

RobMinhas,
The only transactions I am willing to take part in currently are in-person trades, as my comments on FaceBook reflect... I haven't had internet aside from a cellphone for a while now.

I think feedback is helpful to everyone weather positive of negative. Not only does it help us get to know each other better but it also shows that problems happen but if you keep a level head like maxdaspeed23 did things usually work out in the end. No ones perfect right. We have had regrettably a couple of scammers in the past but all in all trading on MX3.com has been mainly a benifical and positive experience. Lets work to keep it this way. :2thumbsup:

I've bought items from Blake and he always delivered what I've paid for. I have only positive to say about him. He's not a kind of guy who would screw someone.

I kinda felt we knew this so no need to mention it. :D Comraderie is is about being supportive in the good as well as the difficult times. We've all been there and it sucks.
