Internal diameter of these hoses?

Bit of a long shot I know but does anyone know off hand what the I/D of these hoses are: Highlighted in black
such a ball ache to get to 'em let alone measure up, hoping someone might have one
in pieces already.

I measured it myself as I didn't think that was right tbh and its 3/8" which is great as that's 10mm same as the turbo

It's hard to make out in the picture but it looks like the heater hoses going into the firewall. Maybe I misread the picture.

I think he meant the throttle body/IAC coolant hoses.
