Constant supply of water to heater matrix?

Hi just wondering if there is a constant supply of water to the heater matrix. I know some cars have a shut off valve for when you put the cold blower on and I'm hoping the MX3 isn't one of them?

Yes the water/glycol is always circulating and there is no shut off valve.
