Go on Google.
Look up the bolt pattern for a 99 escort.
Is it 4x100?
The yes.

After I posted this question, my brain awoke from it's comatose state and realized that's what I should do and thus, did so to discover it is the same.

Offset/ET and center bore maybe different though?!
