Ok here's the idea. A southern Ontario cruise that would involve around 3-4hrs of driving on Saturday or Sunday. Anyway I'm totally open to ideas but please think your idea through first.
We had a successful Kingston meet last year so come on, lets put something together that involves an over niter. John can you start some thing at your end, Ottawa/Quebec. We could do another Kingston meet and people from all over could meet there. We could do the Glenora Ferry again but without,,well,, you know who. lol Anyway, ideas, lots of ideas. Any Mazdas welcome, even other modded rides as long as the owners are cool MX3 type people. This is also posted on Club Protege.

UpDate: Ok Kingston again May 14-15. Worked well last time and if you don't want to drive all the way you can pit stop at my house in Trenton on Friday nite. Just PM me before hand. I propose a motel for us and if we want to do a pool and water slide we can double or triple up on the rooms.

I checked out The Travellodge and it looks nice. Indoor pool, hottub and jazzuzi. $88 bucks for a King bed room or 2 Doubles. We can drive right up to our rooms. Very nice looking motel down the street and across from last years motel. http://www.travelodgekingston.ca/Leisure_-76825.html

Ok one last thought, Everyone will be asked to do some kind of skit, tell a long joke, sing, comedy act, some kind of entertaining act. We'll do this on Saturday nite. Come on, this is your chance to shine.

We could really pull off a meet of epic proportions. People from last years will come I'm sure so we build on that. I'd like a few suggestions. Do we just have a meet like last year but with maybe some car parts up for sale or do we want to cruise more possibly down Hwy 2 along lake Ontario.

id like a cruize plus a photoshot of all the gang...

I know it's early but if we could get some input now we could build on this and by Mayish we'd be ready.

I would actually be down for a cruise like this! I always like taking the S2k for long rides.

I think a central place to meet would be good for all. Come on people comments. We could have a real cool meet this spring. Lets hear some comments so we can come up with something unless of course your all too lame to participate.

I really wish that this meet will be a big success..a bigger success than Kingston if at all possible but again everyone is afraid to say yes just incase something better comes along

I'd be up for it forsure! Will be in the Rx-8 of course. Looking forward to taking that baby out come spring. The only question is where I'll be when the cruise happens; if they decide to send me out of Ontario.

Ok springs just around the corner. People need a little advance notice so,,this is it. I'll start a post soon on who's coming out. If you have suggestions you can PM me as well or if someone else has ideas and wants to run with this whole meet thing just let me know. Past members are encouraged to step up and show some support. Kingston was great but I think we could do a lot more this year.
