What did you get this year? Christmas? Xmas? Hanukkah? Kwanzaa? which ever... What you get?
Me? I'm a simple man with simple needs... All I need is a Zombie, lemon heads, and of course 1 year subscription for Pandora...
And hear you will see the results if you touch my lemon heads... Poor Zombie Fred thought they were yellow brains.... Note the one box missing lol.

My grandparents started a tradition many years ago where instead of giving gifts the would make a donation to the local homeless shelter on behalf of the family. My wife and I try to carry that on by doing something charitable each year on behalf of our family and friends. I do still give a gift to my young niece and nephew, but beyond that I'd just rather spend time with the people I care most about.
Sounds a bit hokey, but I'd rather have the love of my family than another ugly sweater or $10 trinket.

I usually go all out. It's never about the money, but getting the perfect gift and the reaction on their face cause they don't expect them. We've always had the tradition of surprising people, almost never go out and picked gifts (clothes were an exception) and money was never given asw a gift. Things have been very tight for me the last 2 Christmases, but we still make the best of it and we're keeping it small this year. I got my car, my parents completely redid the basement this fall, finishing it the week before I came home. Wouldn't of been so bad except the truck needed to get fixed because of a cascading effect from a premature failing of a part that I replaced a few months ago ended up braking the bank. No luck this year at all. Regardless, we enjoy ourselves and spend alot of time as a family. I appreciate everything my parents have done for me.

My MX3 is getting another fuel pump to run dual walbros, a pair of 16k rear springs for the track, a new wideband sensor, making a custom catch can/coolant overflow combo tank, VC tapped with AN fittings for PCV ventilation, a big box of spark plugs and a good wash and wax.
My civic is getting a nice set of NGK wires hopefully and also a good wash and wax.
Got my dad a new door handle for his camry, those things are just about disposable. At this point I've done 3 out of 4 handles on that car.

Dude the DR is awesome! Best beaches I've seen. The service isn't as good as say Mexico, but it's a nice country.
That is an excellent Christmas present.
