Strut Mount Replacement/Camber Options

I'm currently running H&R springs on ZX2 struts front and rear. The car has recently developed a clunk on the front passenger side when going over bumps. I am pretty sure I've narrowed it down to the upper strut mount.

Since I installed the springs and struts the camber has been a bit out. The rear was fixed with camber bolt, but the front hasn't been touched. As I see it I can either go with a factory replacement strut mount and take care of the camber issue with camber bolts, or I can go for the Cusco pillow ball upper mounts. I haven't seen any feedback her abouth them, does anyone have any input?

Another option I am considering is going with adjustable coilovers all around. The idea of adjustable height and stiffness is very appealing, but I've heard some negative reviews on the stiffness aspect. The ride now is somewhat rough and I don't want to sacrifice anymore comfort or handling, so some advice would be appreciated.

Bump!

Has anyone used Cusco pillowball mounts on their MX-3?

Any input on the ride comfort of full coilovers vs. ZX2 struts and lowering springs?

I've used back and front Cusco plates - very nice. As far as comfort, plates aren't a big deal vs stock mounts. It's not like the stock mounts have a whole lot of travel. If the ride is stiff I'd get softer spring rates. I don't know how much neg camber you can get with stock width springs/shocks before you run into clearence issues, I don't remember if H&Rs are stock width. I have coilovers, that are slimmer than stock size.

Thanks for the input. I'm not really concerned on the about the comfort with the camber plates, just curious about what my options are as far as correcting my camber.

Which coilovers are you running? How's the ride?

I ran B+G and H&R springs and neither needed camber plates and was done using camber bolts. One of the tricks is to rotate the strut mount itself.
