I would like to buy a manual seatbelt conversion kit for a 1993 mazda mx3.

I am also looking for the center console for the said car.

When I did my conversion I went to a pull it yourself junk yard and used probe seat belts, their is a spot in the frame they thread into, the only modification needed is drilling into the side for the bolt to go into, and also to put a notch side piece. I spent $15 for the pair.

hmmm, good idea Mikey. You can also get all the pieces required from a Canadian. They only got manual belts in the MX's up there.

Why do MX's get all the cool stuff Canada?
