Alternator from a KLZE into a K8

I have a buddy with a spare alternator from his KLZE and i need a alternator. ive heard different things about this such as it wont work but then others say it would be a direct bolt on.
any answers would be appreciated!

Should bolt up without issues. Even the air con was the same for me. Just the power steering pump is a little different.
