why wont my dash clock keep the time every time i turn the key its been rest?

Replace your ROOM fuse in the kickpanel fusebox.

Room circuit usually consists of a few receptacles and a ceiling light.
did you check the fuse and its not blown ?

Generally it won't be able to store your deck's settings either as with that fuse out there is no constant power source once the car is off.

I replaced my room fuse, and it still doesn't keep time. It doesn't reset to 1:00 either, it shoots me a random time. First time its 8:00, come back an hour later, and its 2:00....
