I know many have done business with Chris when they purchased his shifter clamp to keep the shifter from dropping and I have done the same. I ordered the item over the weekend, he had it ready to ship on Monday and I received it on Tuesday. I've read nothing but good things about this item and himself, which appears to be all true. You can't go wrong with him.
