WTB MX-3 manual, either model, southern ontario

a month ago a bought my first mx3 off this guy, i checked it out it seemed fine and have been driving it no problem buts starting to show signs of extreme neglect, worn head gasket, traces of oil in the rad fluid, having trouble getting into 3rd/popping out and much more, so i have decided to ditch it for parts... 
Im looking to get another, cause i can't stand to get anything else
If anyone has one thats mechanically sound i would love to take a look if its around my area
i dont really care about the appearance of the car as long as its not rusted, i.e. rips in the seats or rust spots dont bother me, i just want one that wont fall apart a month later after purchase
