Yup, I'm from Hawaii. Recently purchased a fixer upper MX-3. You wouldn't believe how much insight I've already got from here. ^_^ Read the V6 FAQ and it looks like I need to start researching my engine swap. I got ticking and a leak T^T Hopefully the current engine will last me long enough until I can gather what I need to do the swap. Anyway, I'm here to learn as I'm a total noob when it comes to the automotive world. I'm looking for an automotive mentor on this project and in general so if anyone is interested in a pen pal hit me up. =) KK laterz all.

Where you stay, brah?
I lived in Manoa valley where Obama went to school, on O'Ahu.
I drove an Rx-7, 323 beater, and Honda Rebel for the beach (not counting the Moped
).

First Waipahu, moved out from my parents to Kaimuki, then ended up in Kalihi Valley.

Have you done the roundtop/ Tantulus drive? Zoom-Zoom!
You should get an alarm, living in Kalihi
Someone would love to take your car to the country side.
