well i don't know the conditioning of the motor but, timing belt, water pump, power steering pump maybe, new alternator, new gaskets or get better retainers from what i read ZE's have weak retainers. You can check my worklog or a few other guys that have ZE's and what they bought. New fuel filter, oil filter, etc im sure u get my drift.

Lots of posts and lots of work logs. Go to FAQ and real Colemans right up for starters. Alternators fine power steering pump can be used off yours. Change all rubber hoses that are hard to reach. Now Search, Search and then,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Search some more.

Absolute minimum: Just the engine with K8 Intake Manifold
Minimum: KLDE ECU & VAF or KLZE ECU & K8 VAF (Otherwise the motor will run rich, loose fuel economy and not run as efficient; ie, power)
Recommended mininum: ECU/VAF, Curved-Neck IM and Upgraded Clutch (Stock won't hold up for long. It's designed for 115ft-lbs of torque, not 165)
Highly Recommended: ECU/VAF and Upgraded Clutch. Replace the waterpump, belts & pullies while the motor is out.[/b]

I think if you go with the stock 1.8 intake manifold, pretty well everythingthing else from the 1.8 will work. The major setback is you wont get the full 200 HP (id use the 2.5 throttlebody anywys).
I m thinking of doing the swap myself and starting with the 1.8 stuff & then trying to arrange the millenium intake ect afterword.
Some people even say the 1.8 intake gives more power at lower RPMs, might be fun to try & compare.
good luck
