wanabe del sol hatch question(again)

Ok, does anyone know how much the glass weights? and the hatch?
basically what I want to do is get an extra hatch (which I have) and delete the glass and make some sort of fiberglass panel to cover it.
Now the trick to this is that it would be removable like the current hatch I have.
Simply so I can over the weekend put it on and go to the drags, and during the week install the regular hatch, (to preserve the mx3 look)
anyone know how much the glass weigh speratly and how much the hatch itself weigh?
I gutted my car out and it feels sweet
(for the drags tho)
