opening wastegate sound how to fix that?

ok at first i liked the opening wastegate sound but now im gettin tired of it...
what the easiest way to not hear it as loud...?
i know i can recirculate it to the exhaust but is there an other way, maybe easier?

Your wastegate I guess could have a small muffler put on it but its probably easier to just recirculate it into the downpipe.

lawn mower muffler ftw! no really it work pretty well. but the quietest way is to recirculate it.

yeah i went and bought a lawn mower muffler and i'll try to work something out...

what noise does the waste gate make? are you sure its not the bov making the noise?
I had my greddy type s bov installed and it made NO NOISE at all o.0
I swapped it for a louder one LOL as I like scaring the little rivers driving around hehe

lol no im sure it the wastegate... when it get to the max spring boost it opens and makes a loud fucked up exhaust noise... im sure its not the bov

ok so i did the muffler mod/thing and it sound perfect i cant here the opening wastegate at all... the only problem is after 3 days of driving it untuned the lil muffler got full of junk and the W/G could not waste as good as its suposed too... so i was boosting 10 psi :S so i took it off... and i guess i'll have to get it recirculate in the exhaust...

im running so rich so my exhaust is all black, so thats the junk...

+1 ! Sure it will get coated with blackness but there should be nothing to "fill" the muffler.

no my MS is getting fix because some as*hole that sold it to me screwed me... i sould get it soon... thats way i run so rich...
